1. About these terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Trem Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16424151 and registered office at Hale House, 76 Portland Place, London, W1B 1NT ("we", "us", "our").

They govern your use of the Trem iOS and watchOS application, including any associated services and content (together, the "App").

By downloading, installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the App and uninstall it from your devices.

Please read section 3 (Important health notice) carefully. It explains that the App is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

2. Who can use the App

You may only use the App if:

• you are 16 years of age or older; and
• you accept these Terms on your own behalf or, where you are using the App in the course of your work, on behalf of your employer (in which case you confirm that you have authority to do so).

If you are under 16, please do not use the App.

3. Important health notice

The App is a wellness and self-monitoring tool. It is not a medical device. The App:

• is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, manage, prevent or mitigate any disease or medical condition, including essential tremor;
• does not provide medical advice and its outputs (including tremor detection, frequency analysis and logged events) are for informational purposes only;
• is not designed for use during acute neurological events;
• is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions you have about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay in seeking it, because of something you have seen in the App.
